Welcome to our About Us page, where we are thrilled to share our commitment to raising and selling Yorkshire Terriers in a loving and nurturing environment. With 17 years of experience, our dedication to exceptional breeding practices shines through every aspect of our operation.

New Yorkies!

At just 3 days old, we gently remove dew claws and tails, a standard practice in Yorkie breeding. Our moms are kept in a warm and secure nursery, providing them a comfortable space to care for their puppies.

Let's Play

After reaching 4 weeks of age, our moms and puppies are introduced to the wider world, interacting with humans and other dogs, including our grandkids. Under our careful supervision, they learn socialization skills and enjoy one-on-one time with our family and our other friendly dogs.

Gentle Guidance & Correction

To foster good behavior, we utilize a "No-No Can" to discourage howling and barking in the house. 

Our puppies grow up accustomed to positive reinforcement and gentle guidance. They engage in playtime with our grandkids, who provide love and socialization, preparing them for their future homes.

Let's Go Outside!

Our outdoor area is meticulously maintained to ensure the well-being of our puppies. We treat the environment for fleas and ticks, protecting them from harmful chemicals during their crucial developmental stages. 

The puppies have access to a secure outdoor space, encompassed by a 450 ft chain length fence reinforced with chicken wire. This provides a safe and stimulating environment for their exploration.

Time for their new home.

When the puppies are ready for sale, we provide a comprehensive goodie bag. This thoughtful package includes essential items such as:

  •  dog food, 
  • Nutri-cal (a paste for hypoglycemia common in small breeds), 
  • a "No-No Can" for training, 
  • a baby blanket with the comforting scent of home, 
  • chewies and a toy for entertainment, 
  • a travel water bowl, and piddle-pads. 
  • Additionally, we supply information on proper care for your Yorkie and offer an online version of the care guide for easy reference.

AKC Registration & Health Guarantee

To ensure a smooth transition and complete transparency, we provide all necessary paperwork, including a contract, information on how to care for your Yorkie, the AKC Standard Sheet, and AKC Registration Papers. We take pride in offering a genetic health guarantee, backed by licensed veterinarian documentation.

Purchase & Delivery

When you choose a puppy, we require a non-refundable $300 deposit. We encourage personal visits to our home, where we can establish a face-to-face connection. 

However, if necessary, we can arrange delivery through a pet nanny company at your expense, with prior scheduling.
